Announcement
Applying information for international applicants at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences including admission requirements, courses, capacities and facilities for the second semester of 2022 will be announced soon.

All admission processes is online and carried out merely through sending your application to
. From the early steps to the pre-registration phase, there is no need to refer to the University in-person except for final registration which is notified through email.
Note 3:
All of the feedbacks (admission letters, ….) will be sent to the email which were received your documents.
Note 4:
Keep your email subject line professional, don’t use informal words. A subject of email should include “apply” term, your first and last name as shown in your passport and your preferred course from the universities uploaded list.

If campus is open
, final registration is merely done (on determined dates) after getting an Educational Visa (not tourist visa) from the responsible office and confirmation of the Vice Chancellor for Education.
Note 6
: The accommodation of single students in any residential house not affiliated to Tabriz University of Medical Sciences is prohibited by Iranian law and all international students must stay in dormitories belonging to the University.
In the case of married students, unfortunately, the University cannot provide the accommodation for other family members (wife/husband/children, etc.) currently; but if the married students wish to be accommodated in the dormitory of single students, the University can help them get a room.
Also, if married students want to have their family members accommodated in the city, they might refer to the Immigration and Passport Office and complete the process to obtain the needed permissions. Afterward, they can rent a flat outside the University.
Note 7
: International Relations Office is committed to observe all the standards and complete all the assigned procedures in the due time. Hence, there is no need for such follow-up measurements as making phone calls, sending duplicate and periodic emails (spamming), in-person reference, etc.).
Application Procedure
In order to apply for degree-based courses at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences please take the following steps chronologically:

. Study courses and capacities from

. Make sure you have admission requirements.

. Prepare your SAORG documents (Select the name of city in your country which has an Iranian embassy or consulate to issue your visa, then prepare the following files: scan of your personal photo (size: less than 100 kb and dimension: 400*600), scan of the first page of your passport (size: less than 100 kb and dimension: 600*800) and scan of your last certificate (size: less than 100 kb)).

. After choosing your desired course from the list uploaded by the university, register in SAORG. (All the applicants should put their SAORG code number in their application form).

. Fill out the MS-Word file of

(Please fill out the digital file using a keyboard and NOT the printed version using a pen). Send the filled application form to
in the specified time period for admission (for September semester: from May 22 to July 22).

. Wait for the admission result (accepted or rejected) which is announced via email (up to August 22 for the first semester). If the application is admitted, an admission letter is sent to the applicant’s email address with which all correspondence has been done.

, wait for the educational visa note which is sent to the applicant’s email address by the International Relations Office (The visa note will be sent to the email to which the applicant’s documents were sent).

. Please do consider the registration time (which you were informed through email by International Relations Office) and refer to an Iranian embassy or consulate in your preferred city (filled in your application form). Do not forget to take your valid passport and visa note.

If campus is open
, travel to Tabriz and refer to the Vice Chancellor for Education of the University according to the announced dates by email and hand in the required documents to finalize your registration. The needed documents include: birth certificate, ID card, passport, six 3*4 passport photos, original English versions of personal documents legalized by the Iranian embassy or consulate, original version of the latest degree, original English version of the latest degree legalized by Iranian embassy or consulate).
