The first online meeting of information sharing on COVID-19
The First virtual meeting of Epidemiologic information exchange convened by the International Relations Office of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences and Azerbaijan State Medical University regarding the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), took place on Monday, March 2, 2021.
The meeting was organized in line with the Memorandum of Understanding of the 14th Session of the state Commission on Cooperation in Economics, Trade and Humanitarians Spheres between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan (January 18, 2021).
This two-hour webinar promoted sharing of experiences and emerging lessons learned from the both countries responding to COVID-19. Participants of the webinar shared insights and perspectives on the overall Covid-19 situation in their country and their preventive health care, treatment, and management of the pandemic.
 To carry this initiative forward, a series of webinars focusing on COVID-19, will be planned in the near future.
