Dr. Behrooz Ziad Alizadeh, professor of Genetic Epidemiology & Bioinformatics from the University of Groningen_Netherlands, visited Tabriz University of Medical Sciences (TUOMS) for the second time on 10 September, 2014. The aim of this visit was to negotiate over the articles of the contract and evaluate the terms of mutual collaboration. Dr. Alizadeh also visited the Genetics Laboratory of Imam Reza Hospital of TUOMS and defined the
needed basics for running a decent lab. Final contract will be signed after the
confirmation of Dr. Mohammad Hossein Somi, the chancellor of TUOMS.
