I would like to welcome you to the website of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences (TUOMS) located in the beautiful and historic city of Tabriz, Iran. TUOMS has been founded in 1947 and is a pioneering medical university in Iran. Enjoying knowledgeable academic staff and hardworking students, TUOMS is currently running 11 faculties and has got 9,059 iranian students and 179 international students studying in health-related fields including Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Public Health, Nursing, Midwifery, Rehabilitation and Health Administration. It also offers comprehensive residency and fellowship programs in clinical medicine and Dentistry. In 2019, based on the Times Higher Education World University Rankings, TUOMS was among 600 top universities. Recently, based on the Webometrics datebase declared in January 2019 the university ranked third among all Iranian universities.
